Uva(s): 100% Pinot Noir
Wine Enthusiast - Roger Voss:
This is a wellbalanced wine with powerful tannins and equally ripe black fruits. Richness and concentration are showing well, with acidity and the fruits partnering with the structure. The wine will be ready from 2023.
VertdeVin:
The nose is elegant, racy and offers a beautiful racy grain, a certain stretched power as well as a small linear side. It reveals notes of wild ripe cassis, wild blackberry and small notes of pepper associated with touches of strawberry jam as well as fine hints of vanilla pod, cinnamon, a discreet touch of sweet blond tobacco, rosewood, grey pepper and a imperceptible hint of bergamot. The mouth is fruity and offers juiciness, minerality, an acidulous frame, a certain tension, a certain richness well-mastered/in juiciness, fat, a beautiful stretched side as well as well balanced. The wine expresses notes of pulpy cassis, creamy blackberry and small notes of fresh raspberry associated with touches of fresh lily, rose petals, chocolate, toasted almond, cinnamon and a subtle hint of bergamot. Beautiful and racy tannins. The finish is discreetly tight and offers a subtle sapidity.
